Hi, I’m Rebekah!
I’ve been a coach for 7 years and I absolutely love my job.
When I had my first baby in 2023 I realised the struggle new mums go through trying to get back fit whilst juggling the new crazy daily routine😅!
I tried several different training and diet approaches that I’d used in the past but nothing fits around the chaotic daily routine of a baby! I was left feeling overwhelmed, stressed and like a failure that would never get back to my pre baby body.
That’s when I decided to completely change my coaching approach for my clients and I seen their results sky rocket within weeks.
I understood the importance of finding a routine that fits around me and my family, so now I help other women do the same.
